where should I get this tattoo? (Frank Sinatra quote)?
I love the song "Fly me to the moon" by Frank Sinatra, and it has close ties to when I was a child…my dad would sing it, and he died when I was 16 from cancer. I want to tattoo either "Fill my heart with song/And let me sing forever more" or "Fly me to the moon and let me play among the stars/ Let me see what spring is like on Jupiter and Mars" But any ideas as to where? I want it to be somewhere I could show it off if I wanted to, but somewhere I could cover up for the professional setting…I’m going to be a teacher in a few years. Any ideas?
that tattoo seems really, really great.
i think you should get "Fill my heart with song/And let me sing forever more"
on your ribs or upper back, then you could show it off with a shirt that cuts down some in the back.
(:
this sounds so great– i love it!

i think ribs look good with text on them. don’t put it anywhere that is visible..arms, legs, feet, wrist, even some areas on your back. sorry for your loss, this tattoo seems like a great memorial.

On your left shoulderblade or the center of your back. Or maybe even your shoulder/upper arm.

You could have it high up on your thigh so it would only show if you wore very short shorts, or less. That way it would be easily hidden most of the time. I’m guessing this is a message only meant for your more intimate friends, of course. Otherwise, you could put it on your shoulder blade.

Back of your neck

Maybe on your upper arm, but on the inside of it? You could wear longer sleeves to cover it in work, and it’s not too obvious when you have short sleeves on, but you can still show it off.
